Independent security review. I like how well the "search" feature works. It finds matches and some that are "almost" matches. There is also a wide variety of podcasts to choose from. What I don't like compared to Podbean is that you can't fast forward just as easily as you can go back. Also, I don't like the screen where you see the new podcasts you are following. I know they are in newest order but the description fills up most of my screen. I would rather have it show more titles. This was a relieving change from Spotify and iHeart, has almost all the podcasts I like, easy to use, less ads, doesn't take up too much space. But sadly, the audio is very often cut or spliced in ways that make listening difficult, and you can never be sure if you're hearing the complete audio.
I really can't keep putting up with this problem that has been going on for months. Pretty good app for podcast. I found it a little easier to use than some other podcast apps. The search function is great as when I search for something, I'm fairly confident I'll find it on the first pass. Fast fwd and rewind are fine, although if you have to skip a chunk of time it can be annoying. The other item is that an older version made it easier to find a specific podcast I subscribe to if I subscribe to a lot of them. Again not a deal breaker.
